The Board of Trustees of the Okefenokee Heritage Center is pleased to announce that plans for the “Heritage Ball” are in full swing. “A grand time is planned,” noted the Heritage Ball Committee which is being chaired by Mrs. Sohail (Nosheen) Choudhri and Mrs. Phillip ( Tracy ) Saussy. The formal event, which is a fundraiser for the museum, will feature, heavy hors d’oeurves, music provided by Rhythm Oil, a silent auction and more. “Preserving history for our children…and their children,” is what the museum is all about.
