Sleep Apnea: What is Sleep Apnea, and do I Have It? 
Free class offered to the public. Compliance classes will offer handouts, display the newest equipment, masks and also benefit patients who have been diagnosed with OSA. A licensed sleep technologist will be on hand to answer questions. Meets every 1st Thursday of the month. Epidural Classes
A common method of administering anesthesia during labor. It is inserted through a catheter threaded through a needle inserted into the dura space near the spinal cord. Classes are held in the Birthing Center conference room at 1: 00 pm and 4:00 pm on the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month. No charge. To register, call 912 287 2686.



Breastfeeding Classes
Get off to a great start with your newborn with breastfeeding. Discussion will include the benefits of breastfeeding, planning, and preparation, as well as helpful hints to address your most common concerns. Our local brass choir, invites you to an evening of brass music including classical music, Broadway show tunes, marches and even a little jazz. When the weather turns cooler, then it's time for the Rock Shrimp Festival in historic St Mary's, located just minutes east of Kingsland. This festival is held the first Saturday in October and is hosted by the Kiwanis Club. Found in Georgia's coastal waters, the rock shrimp looks almost like a tiny lobster and its taste is somewhere between shrimp and lobster. SIGN UP FOR National Weather Service SKYWARN Storm Spotter Class
Even with all the technology used by the National Weather Service to prepare severe weather warnings, storm spotters still give the most complete picture of what's really happening in and around severe storms. Radar simply cannot tell everything that the National Weather Service needs to know. Storm spotters are the eyes and ears in the field.
A Basic and Advanced class will be offered November 3rd from 6:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. at the Ware County Public Safety Administration Facility, 3395 Harris Road, Waycross, GA. The class is being offered to Waycross and Ware County residents.
The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Using the training learned in the classroom and during exercises, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. CERT members also are encouraged to support emergency response agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness projects in their community.

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Using the training learned in the classroom and during exercises, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. CERT members also are encouraged to support emergency response agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness projects in their community.

The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. Using the training learned in the classroom and during exercises, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. CERT members also are encouraged to support emergency response agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness projects in their community.

11th Annual Gram Parsons Tribute in Gainesville
